Return, Replacement & Cancellation

Cancellation is available before dispatch by emailing support@goodhabiitss.in with the order number. After dispatch, cancellation is unavailable, though a shipment may be refused at delivery. Returns are generally for damaged, defective or non-working products reported within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or missing-item claims require an unboxing video. Items must be unused/unworn, untampered and returned with original tags and packaging. Variant-selection errors are not eligible for return. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable under the current policy.
